Este c\u00f3ctel, que fusiona tradici\u00f3n y sabor, destaca el trabajo de los productores pisqueros y refleja la evoluci\u00f3n de la cocina peruana en el siglo XX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Declarado <strong>Patrimonio Cultural de la Naci\u00f3n en 2007<\/strong>, el pisco sour naci\u00f3 a inicios del siglo XX en el Morris Bar de Lima, creado por Victor Vaughen Morris inspir\u00e1ndose en el whisky sour. Us\u00f3 pisco peruano, jugo de lim\u00f3n, jarabe simple, clara de huevo y angostura.
